Founded in December 2024, Fibonauti is pioneering a new frontier in finance. The world of trading is no longer exclusively for traditional institutions. A new wave of tech-savvy developers, data scientists, and gen-z investors is emerging, forming a dynamic “mini-hedge fund” market. This community operates outside the conventional fund management model, driven by technology and a desire for sophisticated, accessible trading tools.
We are building the foundational infrastructure and innovative mathematical models for derivative markets that will not only empower these new traders but also legitimize and shape the future of this rapidly growing sector.

Shiva Dasharathi is a fintech enthusiast and budding entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in IT product development. He is passionate about quantitative financial solutions, with a focus on derivative markets.
Driven by his passion to make financial knowledge more accessible, Shiva has recently brought together a team to productize the Community Platform. His vision is to build a healthy, professional, trustworthy, and education-focused financial community that empowers more people to develop financial literacy and make better-informed financial decisions.
